lost and found

today has been a preety awesome day..why u ask? (i dun care, i tink u all asked so u all asked haha)

well for starters, i went to the gym again with adel and emu! and i increased the speed on which i ran on the treadmill and almost died after the 30 minute run..but i can feel my body slowly getting used to the faster pace at which i push it every time i go to the gym..and every single time, its a battle with the mind, not the body hhaha..

and gosh! push-ups and crunches are WORSE than plain running or cycling! each time we do each set, we always groan at the end "why are we torturing ourselves?!" den we proceed with the next set..lol, exercise with frens are addictive indeed :)

and secondly, after gym, we went to wenjun's house and watch.....dude, where's my car! lol hilarious spastic show!! i love shows that make mi laugh, and i dun haf to burn my braincells to figure out wats gonna happen..haha im tinking wat would happen if dan watches it, gosh, i can totally imagine him doing all the spastic things in the show already haha..

after that..i went for dinner at new york new york with the very one and only ms veronica neo, who graciously asked for my presence to dine with her tonight..lol, i juz wrote some crap..so anyways, we both found out some similar stuff, for example - being a crybaby unwillingly..and i had a really really fun time with her :) i cant believe u are driving la! argh! i haf to learn driving soon! alright alright..so anyways, i pestered her for a photo cos i wanted to blog abt our fantabulous outing..and she said that she will blog abt my blog post on her blog as well..so if u go to http://raisedtorun.blogspot.com/, you will be able to see her blog post abt the post on my blog! so now we have both blogged on our blogs abt the outing today, which means, we truely enjoyed today indeed! (haha inside joke)

thank you miss v for cheering mi up that day when i was down! thanks for taking the initiative to talk to mi and ask mi out so that i can get to know how fun-loving and a great sister u are..i really wana go do our hair extenstions together and shock the whole world! we shld do this more often..i liked ur company..if i haven transferred, i wouldnt get to know u :)

and i still haven got the pictures of my US trip from adeline yet..ADALINI KUAH! faster! thank you :D you are such a dear! haha..

and while browsing thru my received documents today, i realized i had this unzipped file under the title of 'steamboat' which i honestly do not rmb mi having it on my com at all! and so out of curiosity (taking in mind that it could be something absolutely horrible like having those creepy ppl who like to scare the shit out of you by showing u some frightening pictures) i cautiously opened it to investigate how it got into my hard disk, taking up my already precious enuf space on my lousy com..and i found these!!

chong yk imitating ME..they love irritating mi by doing the sign with their hands..gosh, the times i had with this guy really passed superbly fast haha..i still rmb the stupid ups and downs we had to go thru..all because of wat?! dunno also! hmpf..could haf saved mi a lot of upset moments you know..but, i kinda miss it :)

u know, looking at these fotos, i dun tink i regretted using my youth to serve god now..when i serve my wonderful god whole-heartedly (altho sometimes i do slip and fall, but i get up and go back to him always) he gives mi so many things that money cant buy..its time to really count my blessings i guess..and i shall do it here! cos once again, this is MY blog and i can do watever i like and u dun haf to read it if u dun wan to..

1) parents - who i really dun take enuf time to appreciate them enuf..i hope that now, having so much time on my hands, i can really start to show them how much i love them.

2) sister, and brother - no explanations needed.

3) God's love - which pulls mi thru everything.

4) y-budd - frens who would be there when i need them, and who would leave mi alone if i asked.

5) cb3 - those cute little small boys.

6) caregroup - i love sunday meetings :) one day in heaven, we will gather again..god has sent us on seperate paths. but i know, when im in trouble, u guys will be there.

7) jackies - i cant imagine going thru 2 years of mdis without u all. u guys rock my world! and im sure i rock ur worlds too HAHA.

8) jc grp - before i left, u peeps were my world. and after i left, u guys never left my world, memories are always in my heart.

9) veron, wynnie, amy and jenny - sisters who helped mi so so much in adults.

10) past sheeps - ive learnt from all of u haha..why would god bless mi with you? hmmm u know, i really dunno! lol..but im not complaining..

11) jasmine loh huey huey - the one babe whom still leaves mi wondering how i got to know you in the first place and how u became my confidente.

12) tan xinyi, daniel cheah, tan eelee - the three ppl that groomed my spiritual life. forever indebted.

ok and if i go on any longer, im gonna do a daniel and start affirming everyone..and since its like 240 am ALREADY and dear's coming tml to tan, i shld really be sleeping now..but not without doing my connect journal..ahh tanning! means i can wear my new swimwear i bought in US..cool!
