emotions

sometimes i do wonder, why did god give humans emotions? cos you see, if he didnt give us emotions, we wouldnt be angry or jealous or depressed or stuff like that..den we wouldnt sin due to these emotions..

in work, there are so many things to make me angry that really really evil thoughts and words run thru my head, which i constantly have to remind myself to control them and not let them run wild..and also, god did say, in your anger, do not sin..

sinning is the product of anger..so if there was no anger, there would not be sin, rite?

but looking at the other side of the coin..if i didnt have emotions, i wouldnt know what is happiness either..i wouldnt know what is joy, i wouldnt know why i am laughing..i wouldnt know about love..

maybe, controlling negative emotions seems like a really good trade for all those positive ones.
